PALM BEACH LUXURY

This conceptual design aims to revitalize and update an iconic, luxury condominium residence, adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean in Palm Beach, Florida. The design team started by reprogramming an existing light-shaft into a lushly planted atrium, adjacent to the lobby and featuring a central sculptural artwork, water feature and hanging gardens. Indoors, existing travertine is now highly polished and interspersed with striated grey marble to entice the eye with contrast. The outdoors are further brought inward by cleverly employing mirrors and live-green-wall features. Every common area, from the resident's lobby, to the formal entrance, ballroom and resident hallways have been completely reconsidered to bring a classic icon into the modern age.
