Silver Oaks Coral Gables
Silver Oaks, located in a secluded South Miami neighborhood represents our exploration of the French Mediterranean an area of unique design often overlooked by architects in the past. The distinctive tower was inspired by the architecture belonging to the provincial village of Uzes in the South of France. The rustic wood planked shutters are quintessentially provincial and are stained in a very traditional light-moss green. Interior and exterior ornamental ironwork is true to the spirit of Louis VI and details down to the lead dove finial above the roof of the tower are authentic antiques acquired on our trips to the famous antique markets at Ile Sur La Sorgue.
